Hi: My name is Cheryl Teskey and here is a brief note on my experience with Lynn Fee as my Remax agent.

I met Lynn at one of my first open houses. She was there representing another agent. I fell in love with the home and brought my husband back later that day and we put in an offer with Lynn's help. We did not get the house as it went into a bidding war which we did not want to be part of. It was very disappointing but Lynn said she would help us find one which would be better and more practical for us. That's where the relationship started with Lynn and my husband and me.
She could not have done anymore for us than she did. We would like to share our recent experience in regards to engaging Lynn Fee as our real estate agent. In our research, we had located a house that we were interested in gaining further information. Lynn quickly obtained this information on the listing and personally presented it to us. When we requested viewings, Lynn once again quickly made the arrangements and did not hurry us during our investigations. We were able to close the purchase and her attention to detail was invaluable. We then needed to sell our existing home. She efficiently assessed our house and made valuable suggestions regarding the correct staging plan. Lynn then researched the market and presented a detailed marketing plan that was well thought out. She attentively listened to our requests and expected sale price. She asked appropriate questions and integrated our expectations into her marketing plan, to create a well-written execution plan that respected our requirements and made good use of her experience. Our house showed well and quickly sold to the first set of people to view our home.

During the entire sale and purchase, Lynn was always available, promptly replied to all calls and e-mails. She worked much further into the night than even we anticipated. Lynn was always very professional and nothing seemed to be too much to complete.
